Hello! It is not too early to start thinking about making Christmas cards. Remembering the true meaning of the season is very important!

Today’s share is a card that I made for a package set of cards last fall for the charity table for Operation Write Home that we have at the Veteran’s Appreciation Game with the Milwaukee Admirals.  It was a great hit, and I will definitely make more this year.

The base is Paper Trey white.  Their cardstock is nice and thick for bases.  I love it!  Next is mirror gold cardstock. Not always easy to find, but it really adds the elegance to the card.  The next layer is another piece of Paper Trey white run through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder (yep – it’s my go to folder!).  The final layer is Paper Trey white with Stampin’ Up’s Christmas Lodge – Tree stamp embossed using Encore Gold ink and SU gold embossing powder.

Thank you for stopping by!
