Tim had a day off, so he decided to go out and about in Milwaukee and take some pictures to share on his Instagram account. He also shared them with me! 🙂
The first was taken at Lakeshore State Park. Tim was sitting in the park looking toward the Milwaukee skyline.
The second is the North Point Water Tower at the end of North Avenue. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
The third is North Point Lighthouse. I need to get back there and tour it again. 🙂
The fourth is the Wind Leaves art project at Discovery World. There are lil disks on each of the seven displays that move in the wind. VERY cool!

Take the time to be a tourist in your own town/city. Tim and I have done this a few times, and we have really enjoyed it. We are also looking forward to Doors Open Milwaukee this year. We hope to be able to go see inside a few places normally not accessible.
Thank you for stopping by!
