Tim has made this for me a few times. It is a comfort food for me. I really enjoy it.  No it is not a fancy gourmet meal, but I am very OK with that! 🙂

There really isn’t a recipe, so I will just let you know what to do.


Make a box of mac and cheese. I used Kraft. While your noodles are cooking, make up a pound of taco meat. We use some Penzeys taco seasoning (There will eventually be a post dedicated to why we don’t shop there anymore, but I want to use up what we have) . Use whatever you enjoy.  When both are fully prepared. Mix them together. Tonight I added a Mexican cheese blend and Southwestern strips. I served it with corn.
