Tuesday night I came home to a wonderful supper. Our local grocery store sometimes sells Farmland pork loins. We buy one, and Tim cuts it into chops and a roast. We usually get five meals out of a loin that cost us about $20. Not bad in my opinion!

Tuesday night he made the roast in his rotisserie. He then served it with his version of Carolina Mustard sauce. There is enough sauce left over for us to have with some chicken. Yum!!!

Tim’s Carolina Mustard Sauce
3/4 cup honey mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper

Combine and simmer 20-30 minutes whisking occasionally.

Thank you for stopping by!
