Tim and I are members of the Greenfield Beautification Committee.  This past weekend we had an award reception for the winners of the Beautiful Landscape Awards.  Ten homeowners in Greenfield were awarded.

As part of the reception, we served cake, coffee and punch.  Our board members were not keen on serving the punch, but it went over better than I thought it would.  It was actually pretty good punch!  I know most of us don’t serve punch anymore, or so it seems anyways.  We had a smaller size punch bowl to work with, and the ingredients listed make at least two bowls.

Fruit Punch
Ingredients:
2 Liter bottle of Ginger Ale
2 Liter bottle of Mountain Dew
2 Liter bottle of fruit punch
2 cans frozen Welch’s fruit punch
1 can frozen pink lemonade (use 1/2 can per batch)
1 small container orange sherbet
fresh raspberries

Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in your punch bowl (Tim and Lizzy used about 1/3 of each of the 2 liters, 1 full can of frozen fruit punch and 1/2 can of the pink lemonade). Add ice cubes if desired. Add small scoops of sherbet and the raspberries.
