Usually when asked if I like brussels sprouts I make a face and reply, um, no thank you!

Well, my friend Betty has changed that answer for me.  She had Tim and I over for supper a few months back, and I am telling you, I ENJOYED the brussels sprouts.  I even had seconds! Really!  Seriously!

I asked her if I could share the recipe here on the blog, and she said I sure can!  It is so easy! No specific measurements, but I think you can get the jist of it.

Betty’s Brussels Sprouts
Betty used a cookie sheet to bake them. She does not say if she sprayed it first.

Cut the sprouts in half, drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Pop into the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes.
