This card is sort of a CASE (copy and steal everything) from Pinterest. It wasn’t working out exactly right for me.  They rarely do to be honest with you.  I am really pleased with the results though, and I may make some other cards using this same type of layout using different shape punches.  Very fun!

I used the decorative label punch to punch through the embossed piece and the color card stock piece below it at the same time.  Then I used the piece that punched out to make the greeting piece. Pretty snazzy if you ask me!

I could easily see using a heart punch for Valentine’s Day cards, or a star shape punch for graduation cards.

Make sure you find an image that fits in the area you are punching out before you start embossing and punching.  🙂
