I have been having fun making my own ink pad with a paper plate, a baby wipe and reinkers again. I think it is a neat technique. It turns out so pretty. Well, it does if you clean your stamp off every time you stamp your image anyways! 🙂
I am trying to stock up on birthday cards for during tax season when I don’t have nearly as much time to get inky. It is sad to neglact my stamps and ink, but work must come first.
Anyways. I have been trying to use some of my older stamp sets that haven’t been inky lately. I just love the Winged Things stamp set. I’m not sure why I don’t use it more.
The background on this card might be a bit much. I’m not sure. I tried to step outside of my comfort zone a little bit and go bold. What do you think?
Always remember to clean off your stamp each time you stamp your image when you use this technique. Things get very funky very fast if you do not. Trust me. 🙂
